Camber Jones, a 36-year-old of counsel attorney within Spencer Fane LLP’s banking and financial services practice group, knows a thing or two about bankruptcy. She’s well versed in Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the bankruptcy code, and she represents clients in all aspects of bankruptcy and related litigation.
Her employer has recognized her skills, and in 2024, she was one of two attorneys representing Spencer Fane to speak at the M&A Advisor’s 18th Annual Turnaround Awards. There, the firm accepted awards for the going concern sale of Allied Healthcare Products Inc., for which she was lead counsel to the debtor in the case.
“We managed to turn what was originally planned to be a shutdown and fire sale liquidation into a going concern sale of substantially all the debtor’s assets,” she says.
