Alexandria Dool describes her contributions as more visible than tangible. “My time has been the driving force behind quiet progress,” she says.
Dool, 29, cites strong engagement with The Network’s Leadership Council and SGForum, both projects uplifting Springfield’s young professionals, as examples of progress created in her role as program coordinator for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s The Network.
“From criminal justice to higher education and now talent retention, the common thread in my career is helping people connect,” she says.
“Alexandria has worked tirelessly at creating a space where young professionals feel a sense of community and feel a part of something bigger than themselves,” says Callie Carroll, vice president, business development and shareholder relations officer with OMB Bank and former chair of The Network.
