Bryant Young, 32, is the third generation to join Insurors of the Ozarks. From the start, he prioritized growth, spearheading an office and logo redesign to reflect a modern era and implementing technological shifts to streamline the business.
Within the company, Young juggles several roles, interacting directly with customers while strategically planning the direction of the company’s marketing and operations efforts. He carries that work ethic into his extracurricular roles at ABC Networking, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s The Network and Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise.
“I’m not looking to pad my resume,” he says. “I commit because I believe in the mission, and I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.”
First job? At 15 years old working for the Fossil Watch Co. I taught the folks behind local department store jewelry counters how to size and sell watches.
How do you make the Ozarks better? I strive to strengthen and empower local young professionals. We are the next generation of community and business leaders in the Ozarks.
What did you learn the hard way? If you sell on price, you will lose on price.
Most treasured possession? A picture of me, my father and my grandfather, displaying the three generations of Young insurance agents. I also keep a framed #vandivortbathroomselfie of my wife on my desk that’s pretty great, too.
