This entrepreneur has settled in on a single concept.
In 2010, Paul Sundy was involved in myriad restaurant ventures, including Parlor 88 Lounge & Eatery and the now defunct Fedora Social House.
It was Big Whiskey’s that would ultimately prove to be a boon for Sundy and his business partners. He’s now focused solely on the nine-restaurant venture with more, including franchisees, on the way.
“As you get older, you start to re-evaluate your focus and make sure it’s still intriguing to you,” he says. “I was getting so misconstrued with the noise, rather than really making something big.”
The Courageous Church is growing its footprint with the addition of a new East Campus, made possible through a merger with the former Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church.
