Mission: To facilitate and promote the building of resilient children, healthy families and strong neighborhoods & communities through collaboration, programming and resource development.

Service Area:  Our main offices and many of our programs and services are located in Springfield/Greene County. However, through several programs we also serve the following counties:  Barry, Barton, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Howell, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Polk, Shannon, Stone, Taney, Texas, Webster, Wright.

Funding: Nearly 90% of our total funding comes from federal and private foundation grants and federal and state contracts; therefore, the use of these dollars is restricted to specific projects and/or programs.  Our unrestricted funds support general operations of Community Partnership.

12 Month Goals: Increase unrestricted funding and reduce reliance on grants/contracts; increase awareness about about who we are and what we do for the community; continue collaborative approach to addressing community needs and problem solving; seek out funding for new & innovative ideas and programming, especially for early childhood and child abuse & neglect prevention.

Annual Events: Our signature fundraiser is the Community Partnership Open, an indoor mini-golf tournament that highlights a different program or service at each of the 18 holes. We are seeking hole sponsors, silent auction donations, prize sponsors, help with ticket sales, and volunteers to help at the event. The date for 2014 is Saturday, February 22nd from 4:00-9:00 at Hickory Hills Country Club.  We are also one of the charities participating in Bass Pro Fitness Festival on November 3, 2013 and we hope to recruit more than 100 participants to walk or run on our behalf that day.

How people and businesses can help: Tax deductible contributions help ensure that we can maintain critical and much needed programming efforts.  Our work in the community and with the thousands of families and children we serve also depends on donations of goods and services from local businesses and organizations.

Volunteer Opportunities:  We offer a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for anyone interested in being involved.  These range from general office work, to helping at community events, to working with neighborhoods & schools, to marketing & fundraising.  Volunteering time with one of our many programs will not only help us help others but will leave you feeling personally fulfilled.  For information about volunteering, visit our website at www.commpartnership.org/volunteer/

Testimonials: "For more than 21 years, Community Partnership has been a trusted leader, a facilitator and a valued resource for solving problems in the Ozarks region. Our focus on five critical outcomes that link to the red flag issues and our collaborative approach to addressing those issues make us unique and allow us to help thousands of families in the region each year."   Dr. Paul Thomlinson, President of Community Partnership Board.
