2012 Parade of Homes

Posted online
Editor’s Note: Welcome to the 2012 Parade of Homes
When summer comes, everybody loves a parade, and since 1954, the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield has hosted annual parades of new homes constructed by area home builders.

The 2012 parade features 13 area homes, with values ranging from $122,900 to $1.3 million. These homes will be open to visitors for two weekends.

As noted on this page, these homes offer varied amenities, including a wine cellar and surround-sound and security systems. Some include reclaimed building materials and energy-efficient features.

Whether homeowners are searching for new houses or just want to see new trends and ideas, the Parade of Homes presents an opportunity for up-close exploration.

HBA Parade of Homes 2012
The 13 homes in this year’s parade are open 1–6 p.m. June 15–17 and June 22–24. There is no charge to visit the homes.
