Winners were chosen based on their answers in an online survey to questions in five areas: incentives, family friendly policies, people development, corporate culture and civic activities. Multiple-choice answers had assigned point values and scores were verified by Drury University's Edward Jones Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
