Two Springfield-area businesspeople have been selected to participate in an annual leadership program operated by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Jared Rasmussen and Brian Sadler are among 31 participants chosen for this year's Leadership Missouri program, according to a news release. Rasmussen, of Springfield, is senior vice president at Olsson Inc., and Sadler, of Branson, is vice president of finance for Silver Dollar City.

Starting today, the 2025 class will participate in seven multiday sessions across Missouri and engage with the topics of economy, infrastructure and politics.

“Missouri needs leaders who can work across industries and regions to unite our state,” Missouri chamber President and CEO Kara Corches said in the release. “That is exactly what Leadership Missouri provides, and it is the reason this program has remained vital in Missouri for 35 years.”
