18 Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Louis to be acquired for $54M

A Michigan-based company said it plans to acquire 18 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in the St. Louis area for $54 million, giving the company full rights to the market and the ability to open more stores going forward.

Franchisees David Jones and Doug Tiber waived their right of first refusal in the deal to sell the holdings to Southfield, Mich.-based Diversified Restaurant Holdings Inc., according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

The acquisition is expected to close in July.
