A new 160-home subdivision is in the works in unincorporated Florissant, a suburb of St. Louis.
McBride Homes and J.H. Berra Construction Co. are partnering on the subdivision called River Stone.
The 41.4-acre parcel is currently vacant and borders 286 acres owned by Boeing.
