Coryell, president of TLC parent company Coryell Collaborative Group, in a news release, referencing smart home technology such as appliance and temperature control. “We believe that this community will not only be a great place to call home but will deliver an exceptional living experience powered by smart home technology.”
Coryell Collaborative Group's Team C Construction served as general contractor for the 128,000-square-foot development designed by H Design Group LLC, according to past reporting.
Complex features include a nine-hole mini-golf course, saltwater pool and hot tub, dog park and butterfly gardens, according to the release.
In 2019, TLC opened senior-living properties Veranda Vistas and Coryell Commons Heights in southwest Springfield.
