Plans for a $119 million hotel tower in the St. Louis area have been dropped.
Officials with the city of Clayton said Midas Enterprises is no longer pursuing plans to develop the hotel tower at the former World News site.
Plans called for a 20-story, 319,359-square-foot building to be constructed largely of glass.
