A $10 million senior housing development has opened in St. Louis County.
The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis is behind the new apartments in the Dellwood area.
The development was built at the site of a former AutoZone that was destroyed during the 2014 civil unrest that came in the wake of the death of Michael Brown.
