Arkansas businessmen Marshall Johnson and his father, Paul Johnson, are planning a $10 million resort in Eureka Springs.
Pine Mountain is designed to overhaul Pine Mountain Village, Pine Mountain Jamboree and 40 acres of currently forested land. Plans call for a 200-person event center, shopping and restaurants.
Marshall Johnson owns Eureka Springs establishment Rockin’ Pig Saloon, and his father owns Pig Trail Harley Davidson dealerships in Rogers and Eureka Springs.
