$100M youth sports complex proposed in O'Fallon

Developer Anandkumar Patel is proposing a $100 million youth sports complex in O’Fallon.

Patel envisions soccer fields and basketball courts, a hotel, restaurants, retail and an open-air “bourbon garden.”

O’Fallon City Council is soon slated to consider the proposal called the O’Fallon Sports Center. The city's zoning commission gave unanimous approval to the project.
