The Cella family, the St. Louis-based owners of Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas, completed a $100 million expansion of the venue.
The expansion included the addition of a new hotel, spa and event center.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Wednesday after more than two years of development work.
