$1 Billion Sanctuary

Argonaut Midwest Holdings broke ground Sept. 22 on its new development in Hollister. The Sanctuary comprises two developments – The Sanctuary on the Lake and The Sanctuary on the Greens – which are expected to cost roughly $1 billion. Hollister Mayor David Tate, right, was on hand at the event along with City Administrator Rick Ziegenfuss, Argonaut Managing Partner Robert Maddox and Summit Building Group President Randy Higens. The developments include single-family homes, condominiums, two championship golf courses and a wellness center.
