Officials say the renovation is intended to make the space more open, improve wayfinding, enhance the visitor experience and increase safety. Westport Construction Co. (Clinton) is the general contractor, J&M Engineering LLC is the structural engineer and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The project is slated for completion in August 2021.
