Paragon Architecture headquarters
637 W. College St.
Paragon Architecture LLC is the architect for its 10,000-square-foot headquarters at the former Inland Printing Co. building downtown. The space will offer the Paragon team room to grow, and it includes roughly 2,200 square feet of commercial space, which Paragon officials said was leased by Revel Advertising. With Branco Enterprises Inc. as construction manager, building features include a 40-foot skylight, a virtual reality room for showcasing projects, an open studio and cafe. The structural engineering work was by Toth and Associates Inc. and J&M Engineering LLC, while RTM Engineering Consultants LLC handled mechanical engineering and CJD Engineering LLC performed electrical. The project is slated for completion by the end of the month.
Plaza Shopping Center gained an arcade with the March 1 opening of The Flying Lap LLC; the repurposing of space operated by Burrell Behavioral Health resulted in the March 18 opening of the company’s second autism center; and a group of downtown business owners teamed up to reopen J.O.B. Public House.
