Cassville School District remodel

J&M Engineering LLC is the structural engineer for an 11,000-square-foot remodel of a historic portion of the Cassville School District’s campus. The exterior of the building will be improved to increase energy efficiencies, according to J&M officials, while protecting the original aesthetics. Designed by Paragon Architecture LLC, the interior will be reconfigured to a modern, flexible learning environment. Branco Enterprises Inc. is the construction manager, Toth & Associates Inc. is the civil engineer and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The $1.2 million project is expected to completed in July.
Plaza Shopping Center gained an arcade with the March 1 opening of The Flying Lap LLC; the repurposing of space operated by Burrell Behavioral Health resulted in the March 18 opening of the company’s second autism center; and a group of downtown business owners teamed up to reopen J.O.B. Public House.
