Project description: This speculative warehouse is being built in the Southwest Missouri Rail and Business Park, at Interstate 44 and State Highway 125. The warehouse will have 16 dock doors and two drive-in doors, with parking to accommodate up to 33 tractor-trailers. R.E. Werner Architect LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil, and Schober Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
