Morgan Stanley is instituting a policy requiring employees and visitors to be vaccinated against COVID-19 when they enter the company's New York City office.
The initiative starts July 12. Unvaccinated employees will be required to work remotely, a person familiar with the matter told The New York Times.
The policy relies on an honor system rather than proof of vaccination, according to the report.
