A new Bass Pro Shops in the St. Louis County city of Sunset Hills is scheduled to open this week.
The city approved a special event request for Bass Pro to hold a May 3-7 grand opening event, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
It's the Springfield-based company's third store in the St. Louis area.
