Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has issued a warning about artificial intelligence's potential impact on white-collar jobs.
Amodei said in an interview with Axios that AI could wipe out half of all entry-level white-collar jobs. He predicted this would increase unemployment by 10% to 20% in the next one to five years.
"We, as the producers of this technology, have a duty and an obligation to be honest about what is coming," Amodei said. "I don't think this is on people's radar."
