Toth and Associates Inc. is the structural engineer for the Clever R-V School District’s performing arts center. The architect is Sapp Design Associates Architects PC, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The roughly $2 million project comprises about 14,000 square feet for performing arts, drama and band, with classrooms and space for high school and community events. Sides Construction (Jackson, Mo.) is the general contractor. Completion is slated for 2011.
