Erdmann Street Architecture & Planning Inc. is the architect for a new office for Humphreys Properties LLC, to house Alan Humphreys Agency Inc., an American Family Insurance agency. Earl G. Bowlin, PE and Associates is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the 1,632-square-foot project, and Pyle Brothers Inc. is the general contractor. The building’s features include drive-up window access, and completion is slated for Dec. 1.
