Casey Architecture is the architect and interior designer for Legal Services of Southern Missouri’s 11,000-square foot office facility. Olsson Associates Inc. is the civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer. Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor for the roughly $1.1 million project, financed by State Bank of Southwest Missouri. Completion is slated for Oct. 31.
