Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and structural engineer for Preferred Family Healthcare Inc.’s juvenile substance abuse treatment facility. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer and Tri-State Engineering Inc. (Joplin) is the civil engineer. With an estimated cost of $3.6 million, the structure is a 24,000-square-foot, 32-bed facility. Completion is slated for fall 2011.
