The branch would replace leased space at 2215 E. Division St., according to company officials. Lowell Thomas, project manager with Rich Kramer Construction, said the truck leasing facility is designed with a full-service fuel island. The building has a specialized “dry-shake” floor hardener for durability and coloring, as well as two-colored metal wall panels installed horizontally, he said. Hogan has operated in Springfield for 16 years. The company expects to add to its 14-employee local workforce with the move.
