Supporters of a new casino in Lake of the Ozarks have submitted more than 320,000 signatures in an effort to put the issue on the ballot in November.
The issue needs a minimum of 170,000 valid signatures to appear on the ballot. Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft's office must review the signatures.
Approval by voters would mean the development of a resort-style casino on the Osage River below the Bagnell Dam.
