Yum Brands partners with Grubhub

Yum Brands Inc. announced it's partnering with Grubhub Inc. to expand delivery services.

Yum will buy $200 million of Grubhub stock to finance the partnership it hopes will drive online sales and delivery at its restaurants, including KFC and Taco Bell.

"We are committed to making our iconic brands easier to access through online ordering for pickup and delivery, and aggressively pursuing delivery as a strategic global growth opportunity, with nearly half of our 45,000 restaurants already offering it today," Yum CEO Greg Creed said in a statement.
