The "yellow vest" protestors in France weren't impressed by a speech from President Emmanuel Macron.
In the televised speech, the French president announced an increase in the minimum wage and other financial measures.
The protestors, who have rallied against a tax on diesel fuel, immediately called Macron's concessions "a charade" and "a drop in the ocean."
