Electric Opening
Ozarks Technical Community College officials on July 17 ceremonially cut the ribbon on the Lebanon campus’ new line worker program. Starting this fall, students can work toward a two-year applied science associate degree in electrical distribution systems. Visible in the back, Laclede Electric Cooperative contributed electrical poles for the degree program.

Rocking for Students
Justin Gabossi, a member of 1980s tribute band Members Only, provides a $500 donation to the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools and its Development Director Pamela Anderson. On July 14, Members Only’s 10-year anniversary concert collected a portion of proceeds for SPS students who need school lunches.
