The Tampa Bay Rays yesterday unveiled an $892 million stadium proposal.
The Ybor City ballpark is designed with large windows that would open to allow a breeze to flow through. It also has a translucent roof with a wing-like canopy.
Questions are still unanswered on how the Rays would pay for the stadium, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
