The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Jack Daniel's in its legal fight with VIP Products.
Jack Daniel's has challenged VIP Products' dog toy "Bad Spaniels" that parodies the whiskey brand. The toy mimics the Jack Daniel's bottle and other branding aspects.
A lower court had overturned the challenge on First Amendment grounds.
