St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones on Tuesday signed an eminent domain bill.
The bill would allow for a redevelopment plan and blighting study for over 820 acres in the Jeff-Vander-Lou, St. Louis Place and Carr Square neighborhoods.
The measure could lead to more development around the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s new headquarters in north St. Louis.
