Two nonprofit health care providers based in St. Louis agreed to merge.
Community Treatment Inc., dba Comtrea, is merging with Compass Health Inc., aka Compass Health Network.
The federally qualified health centers and community mental health centers are scheduled to combine on July 1. The organizations would operate under the Compass Health Network name.
