Minimally viable product …
DJ, photography, cinematography and photo booth services for weddings, corporate events and private parties founded on the vision that people deserve seamless and empowering event experiences.

Value proposition …
We allow clients to focus their time and resources on the parts of the event that matter most: service quality and experience. We do this by saving those planning an event their most valuable resources – money and time – by providing a hub where clients can book streamlined event services.

Biggest mistake …
My biggest mistake has been trying to grow too quickly. My personality is always “go-go-go!” For example, bringing people on the team in hopes of expanding the business rather than letting the business expand and then bringing people on board who can add the most value in our weakest areas.

Seed money …
We grew the business one event at a time, focusing on our clients and cash flow rather than raising seed money for a business model that hadn’t been tested in the marketplace.  This has led to much of the success and financial freedom we now have as a team; it has continually made us aware of how we spend our money, such as keeping expenses down and finding new ways to increase revenue and improve our bottom line.

Next phase …
I’m excited to announce we just purchased a building for our new location off Commercial Street, and let me tell you we are thrilled to bring our energy down to the thriving C-Street scene. In the next years, we are looking at expanding operations outside of Springfield.

Pivot …
The decision to move offices and create an entire training course for our team will make pivotal differences in moving the needle forward.

Greatest need …
To develop back-end software that allows us to run more efficiently and gives us the ability to scale. We are currently looking for investors, mentors and a founding team member who is a rock-star developer.
