Comic book businessman Stan Lee filed suit against a company he co-founded in 2001.
The creator of superheroes such as Spider-Man, Black Panther and the X-Men sued Pow! Entertainment for $1 billion.
Lee alleges the company's sale to Camsing International Holding Ltd. in 2017 was a "sham deal." He claims the defendants stole his identity, name, image and likeness.
