The Senate Leadership Fund, a PAC designed to keep Republicans in the Senate, is taking aim at Democrats this year, Fox Business reports.

Specifically, the PAC is targeting 10 states as the GOP tries to maintain majority control over the Senate.

Among them is Missouri, where Claire McCaskill is up for re-election in the midterm elections.

it is a shame that the PAC is funded by the men and businesses that will get the most benefits from the new tax plan. what good is the tax plans repeal of the capital gains tax when you are a family of 4 and your combined income is $40,000 dollars a year. the families housing expenses are $8,000 a year, car expenses are $2,000, food tha'ts cooked at home is $5,400, and clothing expenses are $4,000. These are basic expenses for food, clothing, and a home. if this family is fortunate and dad has health insurance provided partially by his employer and he can get insurance for the family for just $600 a month, that is another$7,200 subtracted from the base income and now the family has just $18,000 for the extras like church, scouts, soccer, movies, internet service, and the usual expenses we have like insurance co-pays, and haircuts and dog and cat food. this family probably has no chance to ever have a capital gain. If they have any money left over they should fund their retirement or start a college fund for the kids provided their student loans are paid off. None of the employees at our office are going to get an extra penny from these tax reforms. we know that 4 of the 5 employees have all vowed to vote a straight democratic ticket for the first time in their lives. The mid term elections should be very interesting.
