Posted online

An OMB Bank executive has left the Springfield-based company.

Shanda Trautman, previously OMB Bank's chief marketing officer and executive vice president, confirmed her exit in an interview with Springfield Business Journal. She declined to disclose her last day at OMB Bank.

"We own a few businesses here in town. It was just kind of time to depart and focus on those," Trautman said.

She pointed to companies founded by her husband, Clay: The Cast Group and Advoco Technologies, as well as a franchise operation they plan to unveil in early 2024.

Trautman additionally cited undisclosed health issues, noting she has undergone three surgeries this year.

Ryan Bowling, vice president and director of marketing for OMB Bank, also confirmed Trautman's exit. He did not disclose the bank's plans for the role Trautman vacated.

"The bank does not wish to make any further public comments at this time," Bowling said via email.

Trautman started at OMB Bank in 2015, rising the ranks to her most recent title in 2021, according to her LinkedIn profile. Her career additionally includes work for Revel Advertising and Northwestern Mutual.
