Law Dwayne Fulk joined Polsinelli Shughart PC as a shareholder who will focus on business, real estate, technology and international law matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Fulk, formerly a partner with Neale & Newman LLP, holds a law degree from Duke University.
The Court en Banc for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri selected David Rush for appointment as a U.S. magistrate judge, a position to become vacant upon the retirement of the Hon. James England in November. Rush, who currently serves as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Western District of Missouri, is slated to sit as a magistrate judge in the district’s Southern and Southwestern divisions in Springfield. Rush has worked as a federal prosecutor in Springfield since 1990. He received a law degree from the University of Iowa School of Law and an undergraduate degree from MSU.
Marketing Lucas Case joined the marketing and public relations department of Schultz and Summers Engineering. Case recently served as political director for State Treasurer Sarah Steelman’s U.S. Senate campaign.
