Neale & Newman partner takes Polsinelli Shughart post

A 17-year attorney with Neale & Newman LLP has taken a position with the Springfield office of Polsinelli Shughart PC.

Dwayne Fulk started June 8 as a shareholder and attorney at Polsinelli Shughart. He practices in the areas of business, real estate, technology and international law.

He said his focus areas are nearly identical to his practice at Neale & Newman.

"It's pretty much the same. In fact, that's my understanding of why they asked me to come practice with them," Fulk said of the move to Polsinelli Shughart. "They wanted to provide those services to their clients in Springfield locally."

Fulk said the position of shareholder at Polsinelli Shughart is similar to that of partner. He was named a Neale & Newman partner in 2000.

Kansas City-based Polsinelli Shughart opened its Springfield office in 1997. Including Fulk, the local office has 25 employees and seven shareholders.[[In-content Ad]]
