Missouri became the 23rd state to join the Electronic Registration Information Center.
ERIC is designed to to improve voter registration accuracy and access.
“Every vote matters,” Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft said in a news release. “It’s imperative that we as election officials do all we can to safeguard elections, to make certain that every registered voter can have their say on election day.”
