A serious growing issue all industries are facing with the de-population of working age adults and varying factors unique to each industry (such as in this case mass transit and requirements to pass strict DOT licensing combined with background and drug checks limiting the pool of available talent). I understand CU transit locally is facing similar concerns in finding talent.
