MAM introduces Missouri Manufacturers Hall of Fame

Springfield-based Missouri Association of Manufacturers is recognizing big names in the industry through its new Missouri Manufacturers Hall of Fame.

Locals Jack Stack and Cookie Rice are among the inaugural five individual and business members of the Hall of Fame, according to a news release. An induction ceremony is scheduled Feb. 20 during the Midwest Manufacturers Trade Show & Conference in Branson.

The inaugural Hall of Fame members are:
• Stack, CEO of SRC Holdings Corp.
• Rice, emeritus CEO of Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Co.
• Robert J. Trulaske Sr., founder of True Manufacturing Co. in O'Fallon.
• William F. Ungashick, founder of Shick Tube-Veyor in Kansas City.
• The Boeing Co., which operates a major manufacturing hub in the St. Louis area.

The Hall of Fame recognizes significant contributions to the state's manufacturing sector, according to the release. Individuals and businesses are nominated for induction into the Hall of Fame.
