Little Sunshine’s relocates HQ to Galloway Village

Posted online

Little Sunshine’s Enterprises Inc. has relocated its headquarters to Galloway Village from Farmers Park.

The private preschool and child care program operator, which does business as Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool, moved Dec. 1 to 4022 S. Lone Pine Ave., Ste. 150, said CEO Brett Roubal.

Roubal said Little Sunshine's penned a three-year lease with options for undisclosed terms to occupy around 4,200 square feet in Quarry Town. The space previously was used by the Cast co-working business.

"Frankly, it was due to the growth of Little Sunshine's," he said of the move. "We went from having a space with one office to now a space that has multiple offices and private breakout areas."

Little Sunshine's previously operated at Farmers Park for seven years, Roubal said, noting the company had around 3,600 square feet at its former home.

The 22-employee corporate office in Galloway Village supports Little Sunshine’s network of 35 schools in 11 states, Roubal said, pointing to 10 other schools that are in the works. The company has more than 1,000 total employees.

"We expect to grow significantly in 2024 over 2023," he said, declining to project revenues.

In 2022, Little Sunshine's produced revenue of $80 million, representing 2020-22 revenue growth of 66%, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.
