Toyota's Lexus luxury brand is recalling 121,000 vehicles worldwide.
The recall, which mostly affects cars in the United States, covers 2006-13 IS350 cars, 2010-14 IS350C models, and 2007-11 GS350 and GS450h vehicles.
Toyota officials said a fuel injection system malfunction can cause fuel to leak.
