Kroger agreed to a $68 million opioid settlement.

A lawsuit in West Virginia alleged the company contributed to the opioid epidemic in the state.

Kroger was the final defendant in the state in the lawsuit involving Walgreens, Walmart, CVS and Rite Aid.
