Judge denies motions by Amazon, Apple to dismiss price-fixing suit

A federal judge rejected motions by Amazon and Apple to dismiss a price-fixing lawsuit.

A consumer antitrust lawsuit alleges the companies colluded to eliminate all but the highest-price Apple products in Amazon's online store.

The suit alleges the companies have denied customers competitive pricing on iPhones and iPads.
